Brian J. Dunlap is Managing Director, U.S. Financial Strategic Major Accounts, North America Sales at
NCR, the global technology company and market share leader of self-service solutions for ATM machines,
Point of Sale and Retail systems, and airline check-in systems, and Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BD Advisory Group LLC, a strategic consulting firm specializing
in Strategy, Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Mr. Dunlap is an accomplished Executive
with a proven career in the Financial Services, Communications, Homeland Security, and High Tech industries.
Mr. Dunlap joined NCR in April of 2011.
In July of 2009 he was named President and Chief Executive Officer of the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce
(NJ). The Chamber's Board of Trustees enlisted Mr. Dunlap as a turnaround executive to revive
the failing organization and reverse a severe multi-year decline in Membership. From July of 2009 through
April of 2011, Mr. Dunlap orchestrated and led the Chamber through a highly successful financial and organizational
turnaround which returned the Chamber of Commerce to growth.
From December of 2009 to November of 2010, he
was Chief Sales Officer for Kuity Corp., an advanced analytics and software company. Prior to
Kuity, he was Executive Vice President of Sales and Chief Sales Officer for CIT Group, previously a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 leading global commercial
finance company with more than $70 billion in finance and leasing assets. Mr. Dunlap joined CIT in 2004 as Executive Vice President of Sales,
Global Vendor Finance, and in 2006 became Chief Sales Officer for CIT Group’s $8 billion Global Major Relationships
Vendor Finance Division.
Prior to joining CIT,
Mr. Dunlap was selected by the President and CEO of Business Executives for National Security (BENS) General
Charles G. Boyd (Ret.), to be the founding Executive Director of the acclaimed BENS
New Jersey Business Force, a Homeland Security Counter Terrorism Public / Private Partnership Program
spearheaded by BENS, the national security business organization headquartered in Washington, D.C.
Under Mr. Dunlap’s pioneering leadership and pilot initiatives the BENS New Jersey Business Force became the model
for the nation on public / private partnerships combating terrorism, was recognized by the US Department of Homeland Security
as best–in-class, was expanded to six additional states, and drove a $500,000.00 DHS grant award to BENS for national
Business Force expansion initiatives.

From
June of 2000 to December of 2002, Mr. Dunlap was Vice President of Sales and Product Market Management and Vice President
of Metro Networks, Optical Networking Group at Lucent Technologies, where he was responsible for $2 billion
in optical networking product sales for North America, and was Global Product Marketing Head for Lucent Technologies'
portfolio of optical core, access, and metro optical switching products. From October of 1997 to
June of 2000, he worked for General Electric Capital Corporation as Senior Vice President of Marketing
and e-Business, Vendor Financial Services where he built and led the Telecom Financial Services Marketing and Strategy organization
and created, developed, and market launched GE Capital's very first Internet leasing web-based transactional Reseller Partner Program
called Leaseconnect.

Prior to GE Capital, Mr. Dunlap held senior level positions at AT&T
Network Systems, AT&T Consumer Products, Lucent Technologies, and started his professional career at Bell
Laboratories in Murray Hill, New Jersey, where for a number of years he was an industry pioneer applying custom
developed Bell Labs Computer Aided Design and Verification software tools coupled with leading edge supercomputers for
designing, testing, productizing, wafer manufacturing, and mass commercial production of Analog and Digital silicon
Integrated Circuits and Single DIP/Multi chip-set commercial IC products for AT&T. In September 2008, he was appointed to the Board of
Trustees for the Foundation for New Jersey Public Broadcasting, Inc. and was elected Vice Chairman of
Development in 2011. In 2005 he was elected to the State Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of New Jersey, Inc. and is a member of the Marketing Task Force Committee
and the Finance Committee. In 2008 he was elected to the Board of Trustees for Freedom
House, Inc. In addition, from 2006 through 2008 Mr. Dunlap served on the Board of Trustees for Essex County Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) as the Board's
Vice President of Development, and from February of 2010 to April 2011 he served on the Board of Directors for United
Way of Hudson County. Mr.
Dunlap is a 1995 graduate of the Program for Executives at Carnegie Mellon University. He holds an AAS
in Electromechanical Technology from Union County Technical Institute, a BS in Electronics Technology from Thomas Edison State
College, and a Masters of Management Science in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Mr. Dunlap resides in New Jersey with his wife and their two children.
