Brian J. Dunlap is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BD
Advisory Group LLC, a strategic consulting firm specializing in Strategy, Sales, Marketing and
Business Development. Mr. Dunlap is an accomplished Executive with a proven career in the Financial Services, Communications,
Homeland Security, and High Tech industries. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President of Sales and Chief Sales
Officer for CIT Group, previously a Fortune
500 and S&P 500 leading global commercial finance company with more than $70 billion in finance and leasing assets.
Mr. Dunlap joined CIT in 2004 as the Executive
Vice President of Sales, Global Vendor Finance and became the Chief Sales Officer for CIT
Group’s $8 billion Global Major Relationships
Vendor Finance Division.
Prior to joining CIT,
Mr. Dunlap was selected by General (Ret.) Charles G. Boyd, President and Chief Executive Officer of Business Executives
for National Security (BENS), to lead the start up and become the founding Executive Director of the acclaimed BENS New Jersey Business Force, a Homeland Security Public / Private Partnership Program
spearheaded by BENS the national security organization headquartered in Washington, D.C.
Under Mr. Dunlap’s pioneering leadership initiatives the New Jersey Business Force became the model for the nation
on public / private partnerships combating terrorism, was expanded to 6 additional states, was recognized by
the US Department of Homeland Security as best–in-class and drove a $500,000.00 DHS grant award for BENS to grow national
Business Force initiatives.

June 2000 to December 2002, Mr. Dunlap was Vice President of Sales and Product Market Management and Vice President of Metro
Networks, Optical Networking Group at Lucent Technologies, where he was responsible for $2 billion in optical networking product
sales for North America, and was Global Product Marketing Head for Lucent Technologies' portfolio of
optical core, access, and metro optical switching products. From October 1997 to June 2000, he worked for General
Electric Capital Corporation as Senior Vice President of Marketing and e-Business, Vendor Financial Services where he
built and led the Telecom Financial Services Marketing and Strategy organization and created, developed, and market launched
GE Capital's very first Internet leasing web-based transactional Reseller Partner Program called Leaseconnect.

Prior to GE Capital, Mr. Dunlap held senior level positions at AT&T Network
Systems, AT&T Consumer Products, Lucent Technologies, and started his professional career at Bell Laboratories in
Murray Hill, New Jersey, where for a number of years he was an industry pioneer applying custom developed Bell Labs Computer
Aided Design and Verification software tools coupled with leading edge supercomputers for designing, testing, productizing,
wafer manufacturing, and mass commercial production of Analog and Digital silicon Integrated Circuits and Single DIP/Multi
chip-set commercial IC products for AT&T. In July 2009 Mr. Dunlap was appointed President and CEO of the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce, Hudson County NJ.
In September 2008, he was appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Foundation for New
Jersey Public Broadcasting, Inc. and is a member of the NJN Foundation’s Development Committee, Vice
Chair of the Corporate Advisory Committee, and a Member of the Committee on Trusteeship. In 2005 he was elected
to the State Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of New Jersey, Inc. and
is a member of the Marketing Task Force Committee and the Finance and Investment Committees. He also serves on the Board
of Trustees for Freedom House, Inc. as Chair of Development and Fund-raising.
In addition from 2006 to Oct. 2008 Mr. Dunlap served on the Board of Trustees and as Vice President of Development for Essex County Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). Mr.
Dunlap is a 1995 graduate of the Program for Executives at Carnegie Mellon University. He holds an AAS
in Electromechanical Technology from Union County Technical Institute, a BS in Electronics Technology from Thomas Edison State
College, and a Masters of Management Science in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Mr. Dunlap resides in New Jersey with his wife and their two children.
